It is on the grounds of “boulbène” (mix of clay and sand) in the Appellation Ténarèze that the old wineplants, like Baco, Ugni Blanc and Folle blanche, have produced after distillation a very nice brandy.
These after hundreds of years getting older in oak barrels you intoxicating by his aromatics before slowly has been tasted.
